Lawrence's impact extends to the realm of Government Affairs, where he managed a team of policy professionals deciphering how Healthcare Policies in the United States, Canada, the Republic of Ireland, and the United Kingdom influence software development. Under his guidance, software certifications were achieved, and best practices were developed to ensure compliance with healthcare policy mandates.

Beyond his contributions to the industry, Lawrence serves as an Adjunct Professor for Endicott College at the Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies. Making a Difference through Board Positions

Lawrence's commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond business. As the Vice Chairman of the Board and Director on the CommonWell Health Alliance, the largest health information exchange platform in the US, he played a crucial role in advancing healthcare interoperability. Additionally, as a Director on the Board of JB's Keys to DMD, a charitable foundation for Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, he created a scholarship for young men afflicted with this devastating disease.

Distinguished Service in the US ARMY

Lawrence's exemplary service in the US ARMY and the Massachusetts ARMY NATIONAL GUARD earned him the prestigious United States Meritorious Service Medal. He served over 6 years as a leader within a specialized infantry unit. Then later, as a Sergeant in the Survivor Benefits Program MAARNG, where he designed, implemented, and managed the Survivor Benefit Program, ensuring the welfare of fellow soldiers.

Driving Growth and Innovation

As Senior Vice President, Growth, Enterprise Solutions, Lawrence played a pivotal role in creating a new Enterprise Sales, Account Management/Customer Success, and Business Development business unit. Under his leadership, the company achieved substantial revenue growth, improved its market messaging, strengthened customer relationships, and enhanced its product and service offerings.
